Day #2 Enrollment Bootcamp | National Older Workers Employment Week

Enrollment Bootcamp continues with a second day of virtual orientation and onboarding for new Urban Seniors Job Program participants.

This session will build on the information introduced during Day One while helping participants develop a clearer understanding of how they will engage with USJP. Participants will continue identifying transferable skills, strengthening their digital readiness and connecting their employment goals with the training and supportive services available through the program.

The USJP team will also provide additional guidance on program expectations, and the next steps participants will take as they prepare for service-based training and future employment opportunities.
