Job Club Career and Resource Fair

Career support, hiring opportunities and helpful resources will be available in one place during the Job Club Career and Resource Fair.

Adults ages 55 and older are invited to join the Urban Seniors Job Program on Thursday, Sept. 24, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Attendees can connect with local businesses that are ready to hire, improve their resumes, practice interviewing and explore training opportunities that can support their next career move.

The event also offers services designed to help attendees feel prepared and confident as they pursue meaningful work.

Attendees can experience

• Makeover sessions with professional stylists and makeup artists

• A Dress for Success Mini Boutique with free clothing and accessories

• Resume-building tutorials

• Financial literacy support

• Chair massages

• Mock interviews

• Keynote speakers and community leaders

• A job fair featuring local businesses that are ready to hire

• Food pantry access

• Raffles and prizes

• Breakfast and lunch
